When and where can you find a safe place to reflect and breathe. Taking time out is not necessarily about problem solving but connecting with you.

These intuitive teachings have taken place in person with people in Austin, Boulder, Portland, Sierra Vista, Des Plaines, Glenview, Chicago, Evanston, Boston, Hartford. The world needs more consciously aware people to be the change we want to see. The most important thing is to learn how to allow your transformations be purposeful and healing for you. Intuition is innate to us and can be used as a navigation system. Whether you want to use it in your career space or communicating with others or looking at goals, you can be creative in what area to you want to see growth. The first step is to create the space within which you can start to guide and harness your flow. Internal flow can start to bring about some nice inner space and feelings of wellness. Soon the space to create the calm within opens. The want to have a space within is a luxury and yet a necessity. You can have it.
